Eat of the good things wherewith We have provided for you
and render thanks... -2:172
The philosophy is simple, eat the GOOD things that are provided for you. For most people it is a challenge, not because they do not want to, but often it is because “life” gets in the way. Society has made it easy and cheap to consume “fast,” unhealthy, processed food. Many of us have forgotten the purpose of food and neglect eating good wholesome meals because we say, “we don’t have time,” “we don’t know how,” or “we just don’t care.”
I believe providing someone with GOOD food and GOOD meals are a way of showing love, and it allows someone to love them self. The act of eating is a very intimate act, yet most people take it for granted. GOOD food should heal, help and promote positive energy in your heart, body, and mind.
I want people to feel happy about what they consume, and I believe I can guide them to that path, and one of the first steps is helping them eat a GOOD meal.
What is a personal chef?

the chef and owner
Chef Chris (Chris Ferguson) was born and raised in Central New Jersey, his family has roots in South Carolina and Georgia. He learned to cook at a very early age by watching all the great cooks in his family prepare meals for barbeques, parties, family and religious functions. He was always amazed by the cooks he watched and their ability to produce high quality meals quickly, consistently, and packed with favor without formal culinary training.
After preparing meals in that same tradition for over 20 years Chris decided to pursue his passion of cooking by starting a personal chef business. Chris holds a ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science from Ohio University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California National University. He specializes in Southern, Asian Fusion, Halal and Middle Eastern cuisines. Additionally, he is a member of the American Culinary Federation. He provides his services to clients in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware area, and is also available to clients outside these areas.
