Chris holds a ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, and is Licensed in Delaware County PA. Additionally he holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science from Ohio University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California National University. He specializes in Southern, Asian Fusion, Halal and Middle Eastern cuisines. Additionally, he is a past member of the American Culinary Federation. He provides his services to clients in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina, and New York areas, and is also available to travel to clients outside these areas.
